Splitting Piano - Left & Right Hand

Splitting a piano phrase in 2 (or more) parallel phrases corresponding each one to the left & right hand could be done in the following way:

1. Switch to Note Editing mode, f2

2. Select the notes for the left hand:


3. Right click on a selected note to open the note inspector. Watch the 'actions':

4. Click on “Move Notes To New Phrase”.


5. You get a new parallel phrase like this:

Press F1 to return to Phrase Editing mode. Now you can do anything with the phrase, including moving it to another track.
